OK He choked on his own vomit. How do they get murder and or sucide from that? I'd say it was more of an accidental overdose. He should have been more careful. I hate how the title "prescription" drugs automatically makes one jump to the conclusion that somehow, the medical profession is to blame........ Sure, some Doctor's are more apt to take pen to pad and write a script and when it's someone with some sway (such as a celebrity), even moreso BUT, every single one of these in the gallery involved either alcohol or illegal substances. The "prescription" drug was just part of the lethal cocktail because they had it to hand......
