Looking at a lot of rock and pop star marriages, you might get the impression that these things never work out.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand just called it quits after 14 months. And Sinead O'Connor's recent marriage lasted all of 16 days (though she has since reconciled with her husband Barry Herridge and, hey, you never know).

But it's not all doom and gloom. Here are 12 musician marriages that have lasted ten years or more.

I love her tv show on cmt but sometimes i think she acts a whole lot younger then she really is

I think that her show was the best ever. I keep watching all the re-runs. She is gorgeous and a great actress and she needs to come out with a new sitcom.

Yeah, ok, but can you read?! Read the title of this article, '12 Musician Marriages That Have Lasted....' I think being a Queen of Country music for decades should qualify her as a musician. Oh yeah and duh.
